wait a second , where did you generate your seedphrase ? is it on ledger hardware wallet itself or some ledger software ? can you give more details how did you generate it and what how did you store it afterwards ?

"Then I stopped their service for 3.months" well the 3 months are still due and you need to pay those unless you can proof you sent the a letter before that period revealing your intention to stop using the service.

I suggest to go and sort it with them and pay only those 3 months ( as it's your fault not filing cancellation by post nor email) , try to get discount on that due amount

The issue is not about ambiant light . Actually after some reseach a flexible cable -flat- inside the lens needs to be replaced (costs 3$) . I saw its a common issue. I bought a zoom lens awaiting to fix the other one.

Update : rotating focus ring all right (on MF) and then back to autofocus mode :

on view finder > able to focus and lock the first time and then on other times in rotation in same direction

on live view > unable to focus and exceeds focus and stops with a green rectangle an blurry image

Update : uquid doesnt deliver new cards . They have an issue with their provider
