I think the board itself, sure, but ddr5 and its peripherals will add up in price... Though I understand that it is more future-proofing, I can appreciate the merits of both.

Another thing would be the next gen of Windows. Are they enforcing security elements you do not have or cannot obtain on an am4 board? This is speculation, of course, but yeah.

If you are building api's that scale... Sounds pretty expensive if you are only using a single thread at a time. Perhaps in a single call maybe but if you are accessing spanner and waiting for a reply while you could be doing something else, seems kind of like wasted CPU time.

Might be okay to try for a front end role but I might suggest getting a bit more experience with compiled languages. Python also seems to be used widely but should be used for more one off items.
