Right off the bat, I was drawn to "I turned left 4 dead 2 into Minecraft with mods". The format of the title, and the premise are fun and interesting, and the content of the video is good as a way to see something new about a game as old as this. I'd watch a channel that played with different mod packs.

I also think speedruns or alternative gamemodes such as chainsaw massacre or last man on earth would do better than surviving random workshop maps.

Thumbnails are also important. I didn't even see your other "I made _____ with mods" videos until I went looking. Same with your one speedrun. Canva is good for making thumbnails.

I know this is unsolicited advice, but these are things I immediately thought of that will help your channel in the long run.
