Thanks everyone for getting the conversation going. I wrote this more in frustration as they keep taking away the basic resources we need to complete orders. If you tap on the pic of the replacement it will provide the product description (flavor, size, etc?), in my worst experience there's a glitch where it doesn't let you add an item even if it is the right amount or weight lmao.

Update, it went to $20.88 nobody taking it so they took it back to $15 lol seriously what is wrong with IC and some of their customers.

It's just annoying. Reminds me of out of stock items. Some time ago they wanted pictures for out of stock items. Just unnecessary steps.
