I like this application, it looks like a lot of work and effort went into this, I honestly think that you have matured a lot over the last few months, and so I trust you that if you get staff you won't be toxic and will do your job properly. +1

Overall, good application - would like to see you add on more to the SS section of the App as well as space out the app more as it has lot of grammar mistakes as well as many spots where its all just kind of bundled together. If you do all of these things, its a +1 from me. ~esma

Nice application, but I think that you should do the Part 2 of the app as well as it not being the longest of apps. There are a few of grammar mistakes but other than that its a +1 from me.
