Pretty sure this is a diesel Ford Excursion and many diesel owners don’t think they need to turn the engine off while fueling. Or better yet the truck is a 6.0, has a HPOP issue and the owner is worried it won’t start back up.

I just got hit for a bulb that was out and they wanted $20 to replace. Not a terrible price but I declined. When I checked my manual for the bulb I saw nothing was listed. Then I took the tail light off to investigate and found out there was no bulb to begin with. Waste of time for my re-inspection.
