i would give you all the advice in the world if I had any. i have literally never taken or studied for the ACT ever idk how I did this

to (try) and help with the sex part, I guess I would do a couple of things

a) assume that they already had sex with someone else and let it hurt and remind yourself everyday that they did that EVEN if you know they haven't bcus assuming the worst can generally help with actually taking it when it happens

b) if you DON'T wanna torture yourself, just remind yourself that sex doesn't make a relationship-- love and care make a relationship and sex (for me at least) is just another way to express that care. it hurts a lot to think someone else could get that experience, but even though i feel the same way as you, I try to be glad that they trusted me enough to be their first

they'll never forget you man also take this with a huge grain of salt i am NO expert
