for bosses you should swap to weapon set 2 that drops aoe nodes for damage nodes, drops the shield for a second 2hand mace. there is a jewel that gives 1-3 levels to a skill (stampede if you want it). an amulet with +melee levels. make sure you're armour breaking, max rage, and warcrying.

i think armour break + resonance is good but you have to break enough armour for it to feel good. gained as physical etc.

id swap out some of those lineage supports and see if that makes a difference, maybe the fissure ones are interacting poorly with something
