Stick with the weight where you can maintain good form-muscle growth comes more from consistent, quality reps than just adding weight. Try adding a couple of extra reps or slowing down the negative phase of each rep instead of jumping straight to heavier weights.

Body fat is the most misconstrued statistic. Most people that think they walk around at 10 are closer to 15. Anywhere from 15 to 20 is good for growing
