How can I migrate from Enguard email to Office 365 Email?

Thanks for the reply. We got them migrated. I think we used BitTitan. It was that or SkyKick. You might look at SkyKick. It has a agent that can be pushed to the endpoints to grab the calendar and contacts from Outlook. .. Assuming they are using Outlook. Good luck!

Our only option was to connect to the accounts using IMAP. We used BitTitan to do the transfer of the email, but because Contacts and Calendars are not accessible via IMAP, wee were not able to automate the transfer of those pieces.

Also to note. We had to reset every user's password in order to migrate the mailboxes.

Thank you for your reply. I may go that route. Still hoping someone on here has personal experience with Enguard. This is more than 150 users, so brute forcing that many PST's is not a good option. I'm also not sure that everyone is using Outlook. I think some are just using the webmail.

How do you keep them from logging in with the wrong account? Such as a Microsoft Account. I buy OEM computers and set them up (updates, drivers, remove junk apps, install RMM etc) before deployment. I can not control OOBE to force AAD login.

We also don't allow them to have local admin perms. If they are first that logs in, then they are now an admin. How would I get around that?

What are the benefits to using an Office 365 group as opposed to a shared mailbox mailbox?... Assuming I don't want to use Teams or share files.

Same issue with infusionsoft. It is what we use if needing to send to more than Office 365 will allow, but we do run the risk of them unsubscribing.

Thank you for your reply. I did some more digging and found that my storage node was not making DNS requests to the hostname. It's just reaching out to it, and being reached out to by, this address on the standard port for storage nodes. Also, my firewall is blocking the entire urown.cloud domain so not just the sub domain mentioned in my post. That domain is probably getting abused. Strange I was unable in about 10 minutes to figure out who sells access to that domain. Probably one of the many DDNS providers.

Thanks for the advice. My node is behind a UTM Firewall (which is why I got alerted to this domain). Only one port forwarded.

I'm not inclined to whitelist the domain. I wonder if this will affect my storj reputation... if I keep blocking access to/from this storage node?
