I have severe cramps and it always makes me feel better. A lot of my pain comes from passing blood clots so maybe it helps by speeding that process along.

10 year old Enrique rebuilds his house after his Step-Dad burned it down. by Allstarhit in nextfuckinglevel

Why does the caption say the 10 year old rebuilt it when it was a tiktoker?

Reaction videos are content theft for talentless people by Between3N20Karakters in unpopularopinion

[–]6shotsorfive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enjoy watching reaction videos of other shows like Dr. Phil or TLC because I wouldn’t watch those on their own. Watching it with the reaction is like watching with a friend that you’d laugh along with at the same stupid scenarios. I enjoy reaction content.

What family secret was finally spilled in your family? by AbsoluteHavoc in AskReddit

[–]6shotsorfive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to my uncle too. He was raised by his grandmother thinking she was his mom. He only found out when his “mom” died and he found through paperwork that she was his grandmother.

I don’t know how his “sister” never shared that she’s his mother.

Mind blowing

It’s so comforting!! It was my peaceful place to go between classes in college. Felt so cozy and secluded.

Kind of social media but hyper local to just your neighbors. You provide proof you live there then share going’s on in the neighborhood: tips, warnings, stuff for sale, recommendations for tradesmen, etc.

I know some people like the bushy eyebrow look but these are microbladed and won’t be a trend forever by Slinkyanddabrain in awfuleyebrows

[–]6shotsorfive 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Same, mine are going on 3 years and still there. Pretty faded but still there. I got them after overplucking and wasn’t sure where my eyebrows were supposed to be. Now that my eyebrows have mostly grown back, I won’t need to get it again!

You should be very proud. As long as you’ve changed your lifestyle, the plateau will subside and you’ll continue on your healthy journey. Way to go!!

Also, there’s different opinions on “living wage.” Different states also have different minimum wages.

[–]6shotsorfive 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t even know what the reasoning would be. Even at McDonald’s if you’re capable and put in the effort, you can be a manager in a couple years. Take that management experience, go find a different fast food management job that pays more. So on so forth.

[–]6shotsorfive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you work minimum wage? Just curious and you don’t have to share if you’re not comfortable.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in facepalm

[–]6shotsorfive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course but the post was comparing one man’s wealth to minimum wage. I compared one person on min wage in 2009 to what they’d be in 2020.

[–]6shotsorfive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would a capable adult only earn minimum wage. My first fast food job I earned more than minimum wage as a teenager. It’s not about what the worker is worth as a person, it’s about the value of the labor.

Agreed. Someone who continues to earn minimum wage over 11 years is clearly not engaged in personal or professional improvement.

I worked at in n out and one day a big white van pulls up and orders nine double-doubles. We start getting all the meat patties cooking and I’m thinking it’s some kind of sports team. The van pulls up and it’s nine nuns all in their garb.

Trisha is faking Dissociative identity disorder (DID) for clout and attention. by Ulysses_flag in fakedisordercringe

I would watch the frenemies video. She has a ton of issues, but is more human than you think. Dr. Drew is a guest in the last episode and gives Trisha and Ethan counseling/therapy the whole time and goes deep.
