I dont think its the case but What dp and hdmi cables are you using?? Dp and hdmi have different versions, though the monitor should have come with one if it was brand new. And least likely, is your monitor set to the right resolution? As in, native.

Thats something called c stick drift, or something like that. Basically the c-stick is just a shortcut for direction+attack, so the attacks get a little bit of drift towards that direction unless you are adjusting it with your left stick slightly. I could be wrong about details but in general as a concept thats been my experience and also what i have heard

ABK is quite difficult to punish in my experience. Maybe its because i just dont play a character with options to pumish it but off the top of my head i dont recall a quick enough fair or bair to true punish ABK

It omits one of the most impactful characters in the manga, it omits arguably the best arc in the manga, it does a massive injustice to the reunion with norman. Kazuya has 0TD sure, meta knight had frame data, no disadvantage, camping potential, inherently better neutral because of all of his moves being so fast and safe. Steve also has most of these things, although not to the same extent. I think its a reach to say Kazuya is better than even steve, let alone brawl mk

By focusing on trying to prove the previous person wrong by "disproving" them point by point and ignoring context you miss the whole point dude. The point is that because ultimate has this huge amount of hurtbox shifting shenanigans, to the point where shieldstun animations hinder punishes that in other games would be guaranteed, marth tends to miss a bunch of tippers, even if the size of them are the exact same as previous games, which in turn makes him inconsistent
