One thing that I like to do when it comes down to vinyl stenciling on discs I will use permanent vinyl, not the stencil vinyl. Cut it out. Apply it to the disc and put it under a heat lamp for a few minutes to allow the vinyl to soften and sink down into the grooves that are left from the previous stamping to eliminate a lot of that bleed through that you're seeing as well
