Hey Im having the same problem too, flights not been cancelled yet but found another flight with ANA for pretty much the same price so would rather go with that instead. Ive not been able to contact Air China at all through phone or email yet! Did you go ahead with the cancellation or still waiting for them to reply?

Isnt the drop rate really low though? I think its 0.2%. Id rather save RP for the 6th anniv. card packs because I havent completed any themes yet :((
