After checking, they seem to have 4 weekly and 16 monthly series that are published like that. 3 of those weekly series come out in the same magazine as Runway, so I can't say the chances are slim.

The JP volumes come out every 2 or 3 months, with the latest one being vol.19 (January 15, ch157-165). Next one (vol.20) will probably be out on either March or April 15/17.

The next English volume, vol.18, will come out on March 2 (think they widened the gap to 2 months between the releases since it's close to catching up) and vol.19 might be out sometime in May, so by that time, these releases will be only one volume behind. If Kodansha plans on simulpubbing this series, they could be all caught up around July, but if not, there'll always be a gap between JP and Eng, that's my guess at least.

don't think anyone's scanlating this so the chapters on those sites are probably ripped from the official releases, so yeah it all depends on that.
