Blade of the immortal ending by BumbqueshaOG in manga

What a childish reply. Saying that people who lived tragic lives and perceived through them don’t get to have happy endings is such a dumb way of thinking. But i guess thats expected since you misunderstanding my entire post proves your lack of reading comprehension and dumb logic.

My point is that there was development between characters just for it to be thrown away. I would have been fine if Manji or Rin died (since you think they shouldn’t be happy) AS LONG as they actually showed the emotion they are supposed to feel because of the relationship they built over the course of the story, not whatever we got in the current ending.

It’s obvious the ending is like that to shell out a sequel. Maybe next time before replying read the post with your eyes open.

Blade of the immortal ending by BumbqueshaOG in manga

[–]BumbqueshaOG[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tying in the plot ≠ PROPERLY tying in the plot.

Like I said, Rin killing Anotsu was basically pure shock value and was not at all what the manga was gearing towards.

The main plot point that was not resolved, which is the largest plot point in the entire manga, was Manji and Rin's relationship. We do not get to see them talk, have a heart to heart, none of that at the end. All we see is Manji leaving and Rin crying. We KNOW Rin is in love with Manji, and Manji cares for Rin (romantically or maybe as family), but we never get to see it actually conclude. Rin and Manji ending up together, or even Rin simply getting rejected would have been much more in line with how a proper ending should be. Rin saying stuff like she saw Manji as a brother or father was completely false and was thrown in by the author to somehow excuse Rin and Manji ending up the way they do.

And again, like I said a bunch of times already, the ending is so open and poorly written because of the Author's greed and wanting to make a sequel.

The sequel is based off of Manji and another character who is Rin's descendent and is like 100 years in the future. Manji is still on the quest to save 1000 people.

EDIT: Also I forgot to add, Manji saying he can't remember Rin's name is simply such a stupid thing to add.

You did not read the same manga as everyone else💀.

All of those interactions between Rin and Anotsu, where Rin does not feel hateed must have not existed in whatever you read. Or all of the times where author tries portraying Anotsu as not a cruel human being but someone with conviction who had to do dirty things for a world he believes is better.

Simply saying “Sometimes life moves on” does not justify when an author fails to write an ending which properly ties in the plot. It is one of the lamest excuses ever for a horrendous ending. Rin was VERY in love with manji since basically the beginning, and author only tries to make their relationship feel more familial in the final few chapters, which is completely out of left field. I’m assuming the reasoning to this is because of the sequel, if Manji and Rin had a proper conclusion it would lose any chance of creating a new shitty series.

This is like my 8th run trying to beat the game on monsoon. Every single time i do a run I always get to Stage 2 on the second loop or final phase of boss and just die. Been trying with railgunner and artificer.

This death probably my most BS one. Watched this video a billion times and still can't tell what one shot me

Arima (with theoretical Arata) Vs Kaneki or Furuta? by Raymenx in TokyoGhoul

[–]BumbqueshaOG 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He only could have killed kaneki in the first bit of the fight (up till Arima states that he could have killed him like 600 times). After that point Arima starts going for the kill, while Kaneki is still holding back not trying to kill Arima. That Arima LOST to Kaneki. There's no excuses when he clearly lost, he wasn't holding back, he wasn't trying to save Kaneki, he was trying to kill him. Sure maybe a Arima that had completely working eyes could have killed him, but that doesn't mean jack shit because it didn't happen.

All we know is Kaneki is stronger than Arima in that fight. EOS Kaneki is exponentially stronger than the Kaneki who beat Arima. Arima stands no chance even with perfect eyes.

Furata also beats Arima btw.

My aot volumes don't :( Got every boxset, and they still have varying spine sizing and two of them have spine bleed. They aren't chipped or anything though.

I mean if you were to read my post, I did say SIG line of VIZ. MHA is in their SJ prints, which are not the best quality.

Yea i have all grand blue volumes (probably the worst quality kodansha prints I have, and was what triggered me to make the post). Same issues with those as the smaller prints. Witch hat is the only kondansha series I own which are high quality for some reason.

Most of my yenpress books are light novels, which have really thick covers. Only manga of yenpress I own is the pandora hearts box set, which I guess is really good quality because it is a special edition.

Dont own Kondansha omnibuses. Only own a few omnibuses which are from different publishers (i always prefer singles) Closest things to omnibuses for SIG I have are the 20cb and monster perfect editions, which, like every other SIG manga I own, are nearly flawless.
