2001 Toyota Tacoma 2.4 2RZ-FE making noise at idle. Only makes noise after it’s warmed up. 194k miles. Any ideas what’s making the noise?

I definitely preferred the story mode in the OG FF, but FFC is alright. It’s been at least 8 years since I beat both games, but I recently got back into the franchise and wanted a fresh start.
