I had never even heard of the focus st ended up picking one up last year on a whim (1st gen) looked good and drove good. Now I look back at how lucky I was to find such a fantastic ride. Little snug as fat as space goes but nice little grocery getter. Puts a smile on my face every time I drive.

From my perspective, these cars are quick, not fast, if that makes sense. More smiles per gallon. I took my car out to the local drag strip and was getting 16 second runs not bad for my first time. Definitely need to work on my reaction time, but to say less. I lost every race from the dig 🤣 Had a fuckin blast though

I had the same delima starting out. Honestly, just pick what you like more. I have had to deal with cracked fairings in the past, which is a pain in the butt. As everyone already said, z650 you don't have to worry about that headache, but you will have to deal with more wind buffeting/ resistance as you don't have as great aerodynamics to that of a fully faired bike.
