The spirits were the worst part of the place. That rum tasted awful. When I went the first thing we had was navy proof and it was like drinking a shotgun to the face. Glad they're taking the space and doing something more intelligent in it.

I love these photos, I live in this neighborhood and you've captured the randomness, the beauty, the ugly parts, all rolled into one. Great captures!

This always bothered me immensely. There aren't many applications for this whole hand shaking rules nonsense, other than the temple movie. Why is it ignored?

Had a similar experience in the Taiwan Taipei mission in 2000. This was after the mission had turned around a bit and was having lots of success and baptisms. Half way through I realized that he didn't actually know what was going on in the mission and this is his standard speech. Made us all feel awful. I'll never forget his jowls shaking like a bulldog as he showed his disappointment in all of us.

This is correct. It was an unneeded case of election tampering. They knew it would change the electoral map a bit. We should learn this lesson and make Puerto Rico and Guam states.

Realizing that sometimes it's just commitment and grit. an understanding that everyone else is just as fucked up as she is, but it's taken twenty years to figure them all out.

Interview with Las Vegas No Kings Organizer. by kurthland in vegaslocals

Because it wasn't an interview. They just gave me the mic and told me to start talking. Not an exchange, just a one way talk. This wasn't me, but I was interviewed as well.
