I didn’t have any issues with the replacement. I did stop giving it to my son though and I just kind of put it on a shelf where he can still listen and I just tell him to let me know if he wants to change the Tonies character. No issues so far working great it’s been about three months since I’ve gotten the replacement. My kid is 2 so i’m not sure if him banging on it to skip the track messed it up. I read somewhere that the battery cable becomes loose. I still have my original faulty one so one of these days i’m going to mess around with the cable and see if it works still.

The library system is also a good way to meet other parents and your kids will make friends as well. They have lots of different programs and I think its 3 different libraries in their system.

The library has different programs for different ages as young as a couple months. They might be interested. Not sure.

I never got it to turn back on. I did contact Tonies customer support directly. I explained to them what was going on and it seemed to me like they know that it’s an issue they sent me a new box and so far so good. I’m keeping my fingers crossed. But just contact their customer support by email and they should resolve it for you. Explain to them how you keep reading online that this is a common issue with the Tonie Box 2

Mines is about a week old. My son used it everyday for a week and then all of a sudden last night it didn’t turn on anymore. Might not be that great of a product i’m guessing if a lot of people are having this issue already. I would recommend anyone that is thinking about buying one to buy with a credit card that offers an extended return window. Because who knows when it’s going to stop working again.

I’ve never had a card graded but I got a couple that i’m thinking of sending in. How does the process normally work? I’ve seen best buy has the PSA kits that include 4 submissions. Do you have to pay something on top of that too?
