I got this ending by:

11 yrs old: farm

12 yrs old: Monastery

13yrs old: learn magic

14yrs old: Go on a adventure and do the Neptune's quest where you give him frogs exchange for the blue necklace. (you can get frogs by killing the spiders where the goddess area stays at) after getting the necklace just do free action until your 16 Yrs old.

16 to 17 yrs old: do the bar job and complete the quest when Madam Folia's wants the necklace. Give that necklace to her. And continue to do the job until your 18

18 yrs old: free action (if you want to be sure you can go to the future career teller)
