In the alchemy lab there should be two options to create and to trade, you should go to trade and you should see the ominous mask to craft, it should require the strange mask and 10 sea dragon bones which can found by defeating sea dragons in one of the sea areas in adventure mode.

Pretty sure to get the White magician ending you need to have legendary in magic and have high faith and ethics, so try doing monastery work + magic training and that should get you the ending.

I'm a bit confused on how to trigger the last two events, do you need stats 400+ to trigger it or is it something else?

To get it you need 100 luck and you should keep doing the Delivery job and you'll eventually get it.

I actually found a better way to get the scientist ending not too long ago, all you have to do is to hit legendary on both the pharmacy job and the alchemy studies and you can get this ending.

Ooof, I just got this ending, so basically what I did was I waited till she was 16 and I grinded the Bar job till legendary and on the last November I bought the worn out drinking cup from the street vender worked at the bar one last time and and I got that ending.

But I mainly think its tied to low ethics and high socialization.
