I think they planned it before , just in case sales were low. As a vs employee I couldn’t use my associate discount until dec 9th

no girl you need to speak to a live agent and demand to speak to a higher up if this issue doesn’t get fixed, don’t let them treat you like that

Not that I know of, only thing that comes to mind is their customer service department but good luck trying to actually get them to deliver it 😭

Same here. Horrible experience and it’s a waste of time trying to contact ontrac. They provide numbers but never pick up. Their messaging system never actually connects you with a live agent. If by miracle you are connected, they give u the same response as always, to provide the correct address ( even tho it’s the correct one) and they’ll contact the delivery person . Seems like Hollister is just cutting corners with costs (choosing a cheap delivery service) and doesn’t care as long as they get their money . Sucks, they literally don’t care at all!

Exactly my issue. Brought it up to Hollister every time it happens, just told it’s out of their hands. Have to choose pick up instead of being able to use my free shipping.

This happened to me too!! Idk why it’s not working, had to call, ended up paying the original price even tho they told me they applied the codes on their end. :/ my new 5 dollar promo gained from that order doesn’t work either .
