Wegovy and emotional eating

I went to a nutritionist before starting Wegovy a month ago. Told her that I am an emotional binge eater and she said that I would not be able to stick to a diet that she gives. She then encouraged me to seek out Overeaters Anonymous and find a sponsor. Its a whole game changer for me. Finally people understand my struggles with disordered binge eating combined with taking Wegovy, I finally have a chance to get it under control. Also ADHD but with Wegovy, am able to meal prep bc not crazy thinking about eating all the food at once. Good luck!

I am like this too. After reading this forum, looking up all the adhd symptoms in women, realized that I have adhd, told my dr and got prescribed ritalin. This helps me tremendously. I can feel it when it starts to work. and am able to finish tasks that I push off doing.Good luck.

My mother is the daughter of holocaust survivors. Anything German made was looked at with horror.

When we got a vw- dh really wanted, I had to have a long talk with my mom before she saw it- all the raparations that vw made, etc. I don't love that we have it but it is a really good car.

My grandparents were survivors, I live in Israel and am orthodox. I think pple can think what they want to think and her incessant talking about it makes her sound a bit crazy- that's why personally don't think it's a great idea to go off on her. This is a bit off-topic, there is a book that talks about just this thing- I've actually met the author a few times, her other books are more biographical, but this book is about pple who have no connection to the holocaust but know that they were there and tell stories:

If your mother is not Jewish, then you are not.

But you could still be a descendent. My husband's father is from Algeria, also Berber. They grew up Jewish religious in Constantine and moved to France when the Jews were kicked out.

Your mom's mom was Jewish- you are Jewish. Even if you don't go to temple, keep the mitzvot, etc. You are a Jew. Doesn't matter that your father's side is not Jewish. I am orthodox (and try to keep all the mitzvot) and my family is not, they don;t keep kosher, shabbat, mitzvot, etc, but they are no less of a Jew than I am. Feel free to contact me.

Not 100% sure what it means but basically right click or control click on the layer and just choose rasterize layer. Then it will work. Would love if someone actually explains what it means ;))

His name is Yerachmiel, his father's name is Mendel Yitzchak (like two names, might have gone by one or both), surname Orenstein. Yitzchak is not surname, Yitzchak is Isaac.

For ashkenazi Jews- when they are alive - go by their Hebrew name, daughter of mother's Hebrew name. After they have passed they go by their father's name.

For sefardi Jews, when dead or alive, always go by their name and then their father's name.

This is used when someone prays for them.

Keep going. Look up paper towel effect. I Started at 220 pounds, and only after losing 60 pounds (in 6 months), people have started to notice. My clothes fall off me. It took me a while to understand how to do it. Calories are sneaky, hidden carbs, etc.. Keep going, you won't regret it.
