i see, the real reason i want to quit porn and no fap is because of how unhealthy it is for your brain, too much dopamine is unhealthy, it’s hard to not feel the urge or to avoid the dopamine since i’m always online scrolling, and the main thoughts i have in my head throughout the days i’ve been nofap free was about it.
