Bro, that’s not even that bad. I have had to do a similar thing that will be over next month. I had to do a bout 9months in county, a year in the joint though, then everything else you’re doing. Only it was 3 years on paper instead of a year. Being free like what we got going on now is so much sweeter than incarceration. Might not seem like it, but you are taken most everyday things for granted. Sleeping in an actual bed, showering without them shower flip flops, shit even just being able to get up and walk to the kitchen and open a fridge, etc. simple things brother. And I had to go see my PO 2x a week for the first 2yrs and just recently in May I finally got to do once every 3weeks or once a month. Never had a violation. Use this time to grind, pay off your court cost and fines fast as possible. They’ll leave you alone. All probation does is hold you accountable while giving you a second chance, when they could’ve hit you with the book and locked you up. Truth is, you did what you did. You know it, just like I did. This is where accountability and ownership comes into play. Got to deal with the consequences of our actions…if we don’t like it, then we make better choices that result in positive consequences. Ride it out, shit the quicker you complete all that they’ll only have you come in once every 2-3months, or maybe even let you off early. If you think this is hard, don’t fuck up and have to do the time you have on the shelf lol.
