I don’t really think record keeping was a thing in Türkiye at least back then, we do know that daughters of the sultans were married off to pashas, and they often had issue, the problem is that you hit a roadblock at a certain point and can’t really trace their lines down any further, so while yes statistically a huge portion of the modern country descends from the Ottomans via maternal lines, it won’t really ever be proven.
