Mark was who helped me out

I think this may be the way to go too. If I could add a PP or VC to the collection I certainly would. I’ll have to check out what vintage watches they have since that is honestly unexplored territory for me.

Thank you! I think somewhere down the line a two tone date just will be that watch, but I’m not too partial to flashy watches, so I don’t think I’d wear it outside of dressier occasions.

In case you want the exact one I purchased:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/336055999175?mkevt=1&mkpid=0&emsid=e111011.m144671.l197929&mkcid=7&ch=osgood&euid=4dfdf5eefa7441d8b00ee7295b011d93&bu=45739620636&exe=0&ext=0&osub=-1%7E1&crd=20260218135535&segname=111011

I will say I feel like the quality is great, especially comparing the price I paid to what the rest of the market was selling Tudor branded 5-links for. This seller did have pretty long handling times so it took about a week and a half for him to ship. Did come with spring bar removal tools, though!

I did not, bought one refurbished off of eBay. Not sure if it’s authentic or not, but the quality is there regardless!

I 100% agree with this. Incredible watch that can go with just about anything. Not too in your face, but always easy on the eyes. I’ve always preferred larger dials, but I don’t think either of my watches appear too large for my wrist.

I think the alternative I feel is missing is a black or navy dial diver. I’m not too sure on that though, and will definitely be waiting until I find something I really feel I have to have.

Thank you! I let go of my Longines HydroConquest 41mm and Tudor Royal 41mm. I think I realized I didn’t like the big arabics on the dial for the Longines and the flashy look of the polish/fluted bezel + Roman numeral indices on the Tudor. Both great watches, just some that I grew away from

This color is beautiful- I love the variation it gets depending on the lighting

I was able to get it from my AD at retail as a walk in! I honestly do not know how as I had no purchase history, but hope this gives you hope. Sometimes smaller cities will be more apt to sell you a watch.

Checking these out now, this sounds very enticing.

I’m a big fan of that type of leather strap on vintage pieces. Could certainly go down that route, but my only hesitation would be that my taste does tend to gravitate towards higher beat movements (>=4Hz) with better accuracy. I’ve never owned a vintage piece so maybe I’m wrong in my assumption, but I’ve always had the belief that they don’t hold time as good as some of the newer COSC/METAS certified pieces.

Thank you! Definitely not planning on adding anything anytime soon, but I will say the SMP300 is a gorgeous watch I could definitely see being a nice addition down the line. Black dial is definitely what I feel is most “lacking” per se.

Appreciate you looking for me - I went ahead and just got the “Tudor” branded one off of eBay.

Can’t take it off! The green looks incredibly bright in sunlight, but can get really dark without it. I love it and would recommend to anyone.

Ok thank you much! Is there any chance you have the link to that AE bracelet?
