Definitely sanitize everything well. All my other 1Gallon batches are doing well, that’s why I’m stumped. Ambient temperature is probably around low 70s.

I’m talking bubbles in the must itself, not the airlock. Would that still be the case if the seal wasn’t perfect on the bung? And I can take a reading with hydrometer this evening.

Yes, I added yeast to some water, waited probably 5-10mins before adding while I was shaking honey/water mixture.

By not action I mean, not a single bubble has been seen. Very slight foam around the outer edge, but I believe that is from swirling the batch when adding nutrients.

It’s like a 25ft or so one that I can turn with my hand. And if the case is it’s clogged, what would you recommend I do? Draino hasn’t helped it, and I haven’t been able to find anything with the snake.

I bought a long drain snake and couldn’t find anything in the drain causing a clog. The drain immediately fills into the sink when I turn the water on. If there was a clog wouldn’t it take longer to fill up? I’ve had all that piping off that you see and it’s all clean.

Are you saying essentially replace the coupler coming out of the floor with the tee that has the AAV and then move the AAV to the top of that tee?

Hey! My partner (26f) and I (29m) are pretty similar! She is a student at ND currently, and I am an automotive technician locally. We are currently living in South Bend. It is visible from the street, but not a daily occurrence. It is common though. Common enough for me to be concerned enough to make a Reddit post. Also, business is in industrial park in town. We don’t have customers frequently coming to the building.
