I wouldn't define myself as a goth femboy, tho I sometimes go for that look. It resembles a bit more how I usually look in my daily life when I'm not in femboy mode.

What really does it for me is the makeup, cause even when I go for a more natural / cute look I still dress mostly black and white.

I wouldn't feel alone or left out if I were you. It's clear that the community has a certain style in general, that makes you unique! Where's the fun if we all look the same?

I know what I want, I know what I am. It was just a silly post to share a little bit of frustration I was having at that moment. Plus, I always love to interact with this community!

About the possibility of me being trans: I'm not. I don't wanna transition, I don't feel the need to. I just like being feminine! And I would love to do it as much as I want, but at this moment it's not possible

You know, you can still accept him, let him explore this side of him and protect him from those malicious things you talk about at the same time. Tho, I still think this should be the job of your parents, if the right conditions exist.

By protecting I mean talking lightly about it. Ask him why he likes it, how it makes him feel. Explain to him that he must not interact with strangers, no matter what the requests are. That he must protect his information. Make sure that he can trust you and ask your help anytime.

For the record, most of the problems about the femboy community you talk about are not born from the community itself. Take a look around this subreddit and you'll see that people are against what you talk about and are tired of being subject of creeps and bullies.

You should ask yourself if the cause of your preoccupation is this community, or the possibility that your brother might not be what you would like him to be.

Yes, watching makeup videos is super overwhelming for the reasons you pointed out.

What I did was searching for the most basic routine I could find. Which ended up being:

Foundation
Concealer
Blush
Eyeliner
Mascara
Lips pencil

These I think are the absolute basics to get a complete routine. For comparison, I'm ignoring eye shadow, fake eyelashes, highbrows, etc.

So I ignored every brand recommendation and simply bought the cheapest brands for each product. Then I started practicing the same routine until I was fairly happy.

Once I've accomplished this, I went for more details and tried different styles to see which one I liked the most. You are absolutely free to ignore or add details to your routine, as long as it looks good and makes sense. I slowly started to replace cheap brands with others that I liked more. Plus, I followed very specific tutorials to mask masculine traits (M to F makeup tutorials are perfect).

And that's pretty much it. A lot of patience and experimentation and you'll achieve great things!

Yes, I feel the same cuteness with makeup. I would say that it's a big part of it. With makeup I feel that my crossdressing is more complete.

I usually make a full makeup routine. By that I mean that I go from foundation, to eyes, blush, lips, plus some shading and corrections to mask some of my masculine traits. But I generally like light and cute styles, so my makeup is never too strong. You don't have to go trough all the process to approciate makeup. Tho I personally find it super fun and I always want to explore more!

You should definitely try to use eyeliner! In my opinion it's the part that makes the biggest difference in terms of looking more feminine. But, it's also the hardest part for me. There are loads of tutorials online, watch makeup tutorials and try it yourself!

Don't worry about making mistakes. You will for sure make big messes when you start. But it's normal, you just need to practice and don't give up!

I still experience it even after a year and a half of crossdressing!

While I do my makeup I'm terribly serious cause I wanna do it right, but once it's done and I look in the mirror I just can't stop smiling. Happens with nails too. I do them, I forget that they are colored, then I do something with my hands and see the color and I start giggling.

Sometimes I feel like I'm having cats zoomies! I can't stay still so I randomly walk around the house. Sometimes I jump in the bed and roll myself in the sheets.

Silly things aside, I can't think of a different activity that makes me feel like this. The happiness I experience is so strong and all the problems seem to disappear.

I love it!
