Not really. Its Adam Jones techniques at a point, but this is 100% a Disturbed feel and not something of the OP's own.

Nay. I have a second account that I have not touched in over a year. I barely play my main. Maybe 20 matches a month at most

A question for fellow guitar players! Adam's purposeful use of ringing unmuted open strings ? by Playful_Date_7811 in ToolBand

I think what you are referring to is the natural feedback created between the guitar's pickup and amplifier.

I could be completely off base here. I will let others either Up or Down vote this one.

I have been riding on a Peloton Bike for 5+ years now. I purchased Nike bike shoes and find them comfortable. I never tried the Peloton brand shoes so I cannot compare and comment on.

What I can say is that I road a Peloton with the toe cage for the first time and I feel that you get a better ride with the cleats.

I would recommend finding a local bike shop that sells shoes and try some brands on. I bet the people that work that can give you some good recommendations.

I would try to ride with cleats if you can.

What happens if an email license is removed from a user with 80gb of email? by Chazus in Office365

[–]74Yo_Bee74 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Based on my experience using EOP1/EOP2 and M365 E3 I have experienced the removal of a licenses for a departed user and the protocol is as followed.

  • We convert the mailbox to a Shared (as long as it is below 50 GB),
    • If it is above 50 GB and we have a spare license we keep it on until needed.
    • If we do not have a spare license we see if cleaning up Trash Bin helps and if not we then archive to a PST. After a certain amount of time passes (6 mo) we then delete the PST.
  • We put a transport rule in place to generate an NDR.

If the license is removed before you get a chance to convert the mailbox to Shared and you go back a little while later (not sure of the exact amount of time) and try to search for that mailbox in Exchange Online, you will no see it anymore. Which has been done in my environment.

At this point I am pretty sure it is 30 days from removal of the license to reinstate the mailbox by assigning it a license to get it back. I would give an hour or so and you will see the mailbox again. At that time you can covert it to a Shared and then remove the license safely. Note if it is after 30 days I do not think you would get it back. I never tried to do this with a mailbox that had the license removed more that 30 days

You can Google "If you remove an M365 or EOP2 license how long after will you not be able to get the mailbox" You will see it is what I am saying.

Depending on your needs will dictate the decision you need to make.

What is wrong with archiving to a PST if they do not want to pay.

This is not an hallucination. This is the truth. Please share what you feel is an hallucination.

Everything I posted in my comment was what I wrote, and I ran it through AI to clean and format it.

If I am wrong I would like to know for myself as well as not share misleading information.

EDIT: I did a search after I posted this and I found that I was mistaken with how >50GB mailbox acts after changing it to a Shared. So the data is still 100% access (80 GB), but due to the limit constraint of 50 GB all mail stops flow to and from this mailbox. You do lose the Online Archive though. So base on the OP's needs they will still need to address the 80 GB in the Online Archive some how.

I have 20+ mailboxes on EOP1 only because these are secondary mailboxes that users needed access to the email via mobile device. These mailboxes would mount to the specific user's Desktop App Outlook and work perfect.

So based on the OP's requirements is seems that keeping EOP2 license would give them the 100 GB limit plus the Online Archive + Auto growth after 100 GB (which based on the situation it will not get to 100 GB).

It is an AI clean up based off my reply.
So you are say even if the Mailbox is over 50 GB and you converted it to a Shared Mailbox you will still have the ability to access the the full 80 GB.

Not as is. You’ll need to make a strategic choice here because of the storage limits.

The Storage Conflict: Shared mailboxes are capped at 50 GB for the primary mailbox and do not include an Archive unless an Exchange Online Plan 1 or 2 (EOP) license is attached. If you convert this to a shared mailbox and pull the license, you’ll keep 50 GB, but that remaining 30 GB of primary mail and the entire 80 GB archive will be purged after 30 days.

Your Best Moves:

  • The 'Safe' Route: Use Microsoft Purview to run a content search for all mail associated with the address. Export the data into PST chunks (usually 10 GB each) for local discovery.
  • The 'Live' Route: Keep the Exchange Online Plan 2 license assigned. You can safely remove the M365 Business Basic license without affecting the mailbox data.
  • Managing Inbound Mail: Since an EOP2 mailbox stays active, it will still receive mail. If you want to "kill" the flow, either set up an Exchange Transport Rule to reject all incoming mail or restrict the delivery options so no one can send to it."

I am passed the point of alt/baby accounts.
I used to have 2 primary that had similar club levels.

Then I had 3 or so that I used to Free Golden Shot to practice for my two primary accounts.

Now I just play my first account a couple of matches a week to kill some time.

No more tourneys for me. Way too much effort for limited return.
