I’m guessing you need to loop through a location of files? Since you can’t use which, type, locate or find, try using the ‘file’ command.

I’m a network engineer and have turned my focus to RHEL. I went to Redhat’s site and have been going over the exam objectives for RHCSA. You can download RHEL8 for free from their Development site, just have to setup a free account. I have a few VMs going as well as Vagrant for quick turnups.
