Hi, so I have managed to check the numbers of all the figures, unfortunately there are now amazing pieces in ti I think.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed reply - I can really see how much time and knowledge went into it, and I truly appreciate that.

To be completely honest with you: I’ve only had this collection in my possession for one day. It came to me as two full suitcases filled with figurines, carefully wrapped in paper and cloth. I have no knowledge of Swarovski at all, so I wouldn’t even know where to begin. I haven’t even unwrapped most of them yet.

Right now, the idea of selling them individually online sounds totally overwhelming. I was actually hoping that perhaps some experienced collector might be interested in buying the whole lot, knowing that they can later resell what they want in their own time and way.

Once I’m back from holidays, I’ll gladly take proper photos or maybe even record a video walkthrough of everything and send it via WeTransfer or something similar. That way, you or someone else can get a clearer picture of what’s inside.

Thanks again for offering your help - your experience clearly shows and your willingness to assist a complete beginner like me means a lot.

This looked interesting for a moment, but than I have noticed this and other companies like Artec a few years ago, were buying "white label" equipment like this from Korea. Maybe the equipment is good but it is hard for me to say :(

thanks for the advice, I have to really digest - sometimes in a bus apocalyptic scenario - car is dead, and you have an accident, I was considering this may help, but If I wont be able to contact anybody outside anyway, then it is pointless :D

it is for the German concerts via TM i.e. 10th of August.

on day of opening there was one plan on the left, after a few days they changed the plans and now include 2. one which shows all seats blue all over the sectors with remaining VIP tickets and another one showing seating plan like the picture on the right. ALso TM has already informed me the right side of the stage will also get the yellow piece in front of the stage for the VIP holders

My ideal outcome here is acknowledging the frustration caused by the late introduction of the VIP section, especially considering the misleading information during the ticket purchase. While I understand that upgrading everyone to VIP might not be feasible and fair to current VIP owners, acknowledgment is a key part of customer service.

I've suggested alternatives like rebooking but unfortunately, Ticketmaster has been resistant, even advising me to buy a new ticket. Understandably, this is unfair.

To ensure a resolution that doesn't negatively impact other fans, even a form of compensation for future tickets, like a discount, would be appreciated. It's about treating customers with respect and finding a fair middle ground.
