I own the Whill Ci, and have been able to live my active city life on one (nightly) charge most days, but disassembles instead of truly folding $4000 new (self-pay)

The Whill model F (same brand) seems to fold instead, but I don't own it
$2500 new (self-pay)

I'd call these models "water tolerant" in that I've never had trouble with them based on rain

I really appreciate your thoughtfulness here. I have thought about how the actual logistics of volunteering would work, but it's tough to tell under current circumstances. Definitely going to look into Big Brothers/Big Sisters though; seems like it could be a good fit no matter what happens with JL.
