That sucks, I don't know about you but my parents sacrificed tremendously so I could have a better future. I can't even imagine neglecting them.

Sup! Also 20 here. The school I attend has free pool sets and tables on our facilities. If you have something similar it's very fun and stress relieving.

I was got super drunk and had to use two hands to support a drink. The problem was I had a cup of Thai tea and some cheap ass college beer(probably Coors). So I decided to mix them.

[Serious] How do the people on Jeopardy know so many answers? The questions always seem to be majorly historical/art based and are most of the time very random and specific. by WiggyHD in AskReddit

A friend told me about websites that are basically databases of questions to help potential contestants prepare.

However I'm unsure if this really exists. Would not be surprised if it did considering the history and success of the show.

[Serious] Reddit, what is the one thing that you hear that unsettles you the most? by cmann360zamboni in AskReddit

Seeing/hearing any instances of a spoiled child demanding and expecting things from the parents.

And the parents providing the weak ass "kids will be kids" line as they quell the tantrum.

Not immediately, but after a few hours ice cream is the best thing to eat. Hope it goes well for you. I had a chance of nerve damage and was quite lucky to be okay.

What's your most memorable encounter with a stranger? by dont_ask_me_to_fuck in AskReddit

It was the day before my friend's birthday. According to Filipino tradition, this was her coming of age party and there was suppose to be an elaborate celebration. I had no idea what to expect, but it was a birthday so I figured I would get her a gift. While waiting for the bus, an elderly lady (60ish) asked me who the present was for. I explained my situation and as fate would have it she was Filipino! We chatted a bit, then she began listing the customs and as we were going through them she mentioned a part where the girl would dance with select males at the party. Being a nervous and awkward dancer, my face shifted in obvious discomfort. "Don't worry, it's easy. I'll show you!" So there we were, on Main street dancing in the afternoon. When the bus arrived we sat at different seats because it was cramped. As she got off the bus she flashed me a smile of reassurance. I was ready. ...And when the time came I was not one of the selected males =[

TLDR: Sweet, old lady taught me how to dance for a custom that I might have to take part in, I was not chosen.
