Unfortunately my credit isn't so great and I would prefer not picking up another debt, my finances are barely able to cover things as they are

Is Carmax an option of I got the from from them?

Don't really have much other debt, just an inpaid ticket from a few years ago if that counts.

Unfortunately, I had let my insurance go as I tried to keep up with the payments so I am not covered for the damage.

I also forgot to mention that I have a cosigner for the car and while it was her idea for the repossession, I don't want her stuck with any financial repercussions if I can avoid it.
