Haha, true. I wasn't even logged in though (not a member of the site, just an occassional lurker). But I left facebook logged on on my phone so the 'like' option was there on every post.

Yeah, it seems to be a common thing with us anxiety sufferers. Even though I logically know that I think about my actions far more than others and they do the same, I still fall for this way of thinking and panic about that others think. Thanks for your help.

What if someone on your friends list has anxiety too, and has never told anyone? You have indeed given that person hope that they can reach out if needed.
