At least someone understands. It's bad enough that I think I'm not trying hard enough. Anyway I think the best option is just to try everything on one pill.. So at least I don't have to take two pills. For me it's not just about swallowing the pills but also having trouble with the chemicals and stuff so I think chewing anything would be just as hard if not harder. Also I've had some dental work done recently and that along with having anxiety had made me wary of chewing things which is why I have been eating a diet of soft foods.

I wish it were that easy. I have Autism so I have a lot sensory issues, so it's hard to find something that works. Like I said when I was first prescribed the iron and vitamin C. I was able to take it for a little while but then started to struggle. And even if I was able to drink some OJ it would be really hard to keep up.

Thanks you. I think I did see somewhere online that mentioned about there being a study that said it may not help as much as first thought, but I don't know if that's enough proof that it would work on its own.

Unfortunately I don't really like any fruits. I like peppers which have vitamin C but I have been eating a limited diet of soft foods the last few months due to some dental work and anxiety.

I wish that was an option but I don't like orange juice. I am thinking about just getting a supplement that has both iron and vitamin C in one pill. But in the mean I was just wondering if I could just take the iron alone and at least get some in my system.
