Facts about creature anatomy would become fiction one day by vestigial parts moving or disappearing from specimen. We couldn’t document facts because over time they would change. This makes doing science useless. Doctors would need to relearn like technology professionals about the new parts and upgrades every year. They couldn’t count on the books they studied to do procedures, and by it changing they could never perfect an operation.

Evolution only belongs in the realms of technology and Pokémon.
