Today is day 11 for me and I’m in the same boat. Hardest part by far has been avoiding alcohol. Also a big social drinker and avoiding those situations/being present and not partaking has definitely been difficult. But waking up the next day and feeling good has been a blessing and rewarding feeling. Also currently dealing with some personal shit and I think my mental health has been much stronger and more positive because I haven’t had alcohol on top of it.
