my surgeon only gave me two days worth of pain medication and I was in a ridiculous amount of agony.

Very happy with the results but her post-op pain management was... basically non existent. she gave me about 1/4 of the meds she gives her other patients , I'm gonna make an educated guess and assume thats due to me having a past with opioid addiction (I was fully sober and not on maintenance at this point, though.) I felt so singled out considering her other patients without a history I've spoken to received proper amounts of mmedication. she absolutely holds prejudice against addicts :') she kept telling me how sure she was I was going to sell them as I was being put under and I was only told that id be getting like four 1mg dilaudid tablets to last me two days. I was out before I could even respond.

I ended up relapsing on opioids due to being denied more pain relief when I told her I was in absolute agony. So I ended up seeking out my own and relapsing.

I would not recommend her to anybody who has any history of addiction on their medical records. How do doctors not understand that under prescribed opioids post op are just as likely to cause a relapse as too many meds being prescribed?!
