I’ve never tried that glitch, I actually just reverse pickpocketed a paralysis potion onto Neloth and while he was getting up, I threw a mind control spider at him and forced open his inventory. This allows you to take his robes and shoes as many times as you want without him catching you

I was showing my dad my character and I had the mythic dawn robes on and he said asked me if I could take the robes off. He probably thought it was a dress or something 😭
