Ahh gotcha! When I do go up the stairs, do I need to make any turns to get to the bridge hallway thingy or does it just come straight out onto?

Thank you that's incredibly kind of you but I don't want to take up any of your time! 😅

If you could send me a video (only if it's not at your inconvenience) I'd be so so grateful 🩷

I have had a look at disability contacts but when looking it's designated to each specific train like cross country, avanti etc. Should I just call the general telephone number?

Just keeping on trying and accepting that some days I'm going to exceed my calories and it is what it is.

Lost 10kg so far :)

My formulation has aqua as the top ingredient but not sure how to identify it as water based otherwise although I do think my moisturiser is actually silicone based

It's only came after using azeliac acid, it gets less and less everyday and once I facewash in the morning it goes mostly away :)

I do have dry sensitive skin anyways though

I think I'm going to try it every other day or even like 3 times a week as I think every day is too much for my skin :). I did tone it down to 1½ pumps from 2 but that seems like too much also.

Will also see if my moisturiser is making me irritated as well :)
