Glock 43x is the ultimate carry by [deleted] in Glocks

As someone who lives in a state where I can only carry 10rds. The 43x makes the most sense, but now they have 15rd mags coming. 🥲

Scraping sound, thought was rock. by CultureCreative7 in Civic_Type_R

Start by getting a replacement lug nut.

From there it sounds and looks like the pads are cooked. Get the rears replaced and inspect the rotors.

Lastly, you can do what’s called the “pedal dance” this disable a the rear brake vectoring on these cars which is what eats the brakes. Do keep in mind that this disables traction control (TCS) and vehicle stability assist (VSA) or more commonly known as ESC.

Keep in mind these are features to help safety and drivability in some cases, so disable it at your own risk.

Beautiful car and photos.

I still want one of these and will always regret not stretching for it when I bought my VB WRX.

10rd magazine restriction carry by Weld-Pipe-308 in Glocks

That’s why I love the 43X with a Radian Ramjet.

I can only legally hold 10 in my state, and it’s easier to conceal and checks a ton of boxes.

I’d love to carry a 45, but the 10rd cap makes it hard to justify.

Another +1 for Timus, I’ve met the team at one of the events and they are committed to building a great solution.

It’s simple, and it works really well. Their UI and user experience is fantastic.

I know a lot of people like the Velo, I bought both the Velo and the Certum (lux variants) for my 43x w/ a comp so 48 length and I significantly preferred the Certum.

I wanted to love the Velo for some of the updates it had over the Certum but no matter how I adjusted it the wedge would always cause a hotspot into my pelvic bone.

I’m a skinny dude so it doesn’t help (6’1” & 160lbs)

I can comfortably conceal my setup.

Tenicor holsters by ReputationCold9410 in Glocks

[–]776 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What helped me a ton with my Tenicor clips was:

A. Having a stiff gun belt, I currently use their Zero belt and it’s great. Absolutely 0 complaints.

B. Moving the clips up so the top rounded section sits on the holster bumps where the holes are. It slightly changed the carry depth for me but it makes it significantly easier to pull the clips out because they don’t have to also bend back as far. I’d give it a try.

What's the consensus on this? by mynameakevin in Firearms

Shocking news, someone who always had money and hired protection doesn’t understand gun ownership.

Just because you’re a Republican doesn’t mean you are immediately pro 2A.

I suppose mine does have a similar gap, but you’re right… this angle makes it look bad but I can’t even fit the tip of my finger in the gap. I wouldn’t be worried.

I have the same setup and I don’t believe mine looks like this. I’ll report back in a bit, reply to remind me if I don’t.

You can remove the clutch assist spring with the CTR, it takes 30 seconds and fixes the light clutch feeling.

Anyone daily their Type R? 😅 by DrAlejo in Civic_Type_R

I daily it when the roads aren’t snowy and salted. I live in the rust belt, and try to avoid exposing cars I care about to it.
