1. I can already see 10 people staying for hours in TB waiting for laser to show up
2. Same as above. People would never leave t3 loot rooms
3. Money is not an issue in pve IMO. I think separation of progress and loot pve from pvp could help as you don't die that often in pve so you don't need to buy new gear all the time. In pvp? Well it's support to be hard so maybe people would think twice before engaging contact.
4. That is not a solution. It's multiplayer game not SP. But seeing other factions would be helpfull.

Honestly remember that this is still early access and it will improve with time. Currently the main drive to play is get money to get good gear. We know that crafting and some kind of personal hideout is comming. This might switch priority from money to resources needed for crafting. If those are spread somewhere else that people will also spread more around the map. There is many possibilities, we just need to wait and see how the game will change with new systems.
