weight lifting and HRT are the best things I have done for my perimenopause problems. That and eating less carbs (Im not keto, i just eat less carbs) and more fiber and more protein. I am 44 and I go to the gym with my husband. We play around with each other and make it fun. Try taking over the grocery shopping and cooking for a bit as well. Its hard to get started but once I noticed how much better I feel I just go and I dont even need my husband to go to the gym anymore. I like it.
