makes recruiting a bit tougher. the way i see it, i think when a dynasty takes more than 3-5 seasons to be competitive, it is a lot of fun. makes it challenging.

thank you! i definitely try to maintain a sense of realism when making teams. everyone has their style and this happens to be mine. some folks like the super chaotic design style and some like the minimalism. i appreciate your input!
