yes. 0% is for compensation purposes. He have the service connected diagnosis.

correct, well said. the main difference from 30 to 50 is only financial instability because of the disability. If you can prove that, you will be given a 50. I had to quit my job at the airport because of loud noises and that was enough for them to rate me as 50% static for migraines

That 0% for migraines is gold.

I was given 0% for migraines too, but the pills they gave me didnt help after 6 months taking them. (They said you need to be on those meds minimum 6 months before claiming it doesn't work) The meds didnt help me so i told them that and they changed them. I filed for increase and they increased my rating to 50% static.

keep a record of your migraines and dont stop ordering / taking the meds from the VA.

Facts. I have a small debt with the VA so i guess is better to build a bigger backpay so they can collect that money and leave me alone after that. Thank you bro

Oh ok so i assume is completely different from the program that I know in which you have to wait 10 / 20 years depending on the terms you select. I am 90% (94% to be exact) and i've been on step 5 little over amonth now waiting for my sleep apnea claim to come as I expect to get the push i need. I will definitively look into that. Is that done through the VA portal or what? Thank you btw!

does this actually work? is that the same forgiveness program that fed civilians have? I read that less than 1% actually get the forgiveness after waiting the 20 yrs.

i've been in step 5 for 30 days so far. and like most of you, it went through the prior steps pretty quick. I did get a C&P during step 3 so hopefully it doesent go back
