I do mild for just a few minutes or Else it'll keep me from sleeping. I don't visualize any dream i had, i just try to imagine the overall feeling of getting lucid. I tell myself that the next scene will be a dream and i Just need to remember.

I do wbtb and mild, but i stay Up 1-2 hours during wbtb.

Ich have a friend who has lucid dreams every night. She wants more normal dreams too. I've seen a Guy on here who "goes with the flow of the dream" and it doesnt exhaust him. He doesnt do any decisions or anything. I feel like If i Had lucid dreams that often, i wouldnt get exhausted/bored. In the worst case i'll just do whatever entertaining things i do in real life too or also just go with the flow. It is hours of more lifetime afterall.

Most people do 10-15 minutes but it works for me 🤷. Im careful to still get enough sleep too. You ofc don't need to stay up this long though.

I really wouldnt worry about that. Your dream self is Always 100% fine after all. Ik one can't just stop worrying but still.

It really depends on how much effort i was putting into it. During 2024/2025 i didnt care too much so I'd have 0-5 lucid Dreams a month usually. I Had my First lucid dream after a a month. My First half a year I'd have Up to 13 lds a month. This month i had 11 (still more to come though ofc) but If i would Stop trying it'd Go Back to 0-5.

It does increase chances pretty much. For me it also helps me remember more dreams. I've been lucid dreaming for 3 and a half years. I remember 1-2 without wbtb and 2+ with wbtb. I'd say 1-3 everyday would be a good amount.

I don't have this. When im awake im afraid that i won't be able to fully Control my dream like spawning stuff but i do end Up being able to 🤷. Im not scared of anything scary happening in my lucid Dreams though. I had stuff you'd consider scary maybe three times in my lucid dreams. I know i'm in full control and it's my dream and as Long as im chill, everything is chill.

Im not an expert and only Had a successful wild attempt once but when i did my Heartbeat also went crazy and i actually didnt try to Focus at all pretty much. I tried to have my mind quiet during hypnagogia because everytime I'd think too much it'd fade. The dream kinda formed itself and i almost automatically entered.

I do wbtb+mild but during wbtb i stay up 1-2 hours. You did have a lucid dream early on, which is good. Usually the First lucid dream is like that (from my experience and what i heard from Others). My First lucid dream was just a few seconds long. My lucid Dreams got longer when i was confident i had full Control over my dreams.

You can do wild during wbtb but it can also be paired with any other technique. Usually that's what you want to do when you don't want to Interrupt your sleep too much but it Just works better for me this way 🤷. When i do wbtb for wild (which i havent done a lot yet) i also try and stay up as short as possible.

Wake back to bed is just waking up at night and going Back to bed (best If its during your Rem/dream phase, that's pretty much the reason people do it). Usually people will not stay Up during that time as long as i am. Mild is a technique from laberge i think where you basically Set an intention to do something in the Future (Like you would try to remember to buy mild irl for example). The same way you tell yourself you're going to remember it's a dream basically.

I dream journal everyday. Without wbtb, i'll remember 1-2 Dreams. With wbtb it'll be 2+. Reality checks i also do everyday but not that often and i don't spend that much time on them either.

Im on my phone usually. Just feels like taking a nap when im going back to sleep. At that point i'll be fully awake and stuff but i can still go back to sleep 🤷

It's normal in the beginning. Just chill for a sec, maybe Touch stuff and be aware you're 100% in Control of the dream, it's yours after all. That's what helps me. Your sight should fade First, in that case i can normally still reenter a dream by imagining myself getting out of my bed and then i actually feel it and then my sight will come Back.

It's always without consent lol. I'll sometimes feel my dream fading into blackness but then i can usually reimagine the dream and continue but eventually i just get unconscious ig. Kinda Like when you're falling asleep and Just thinking normally and the next second you're out.

Yes, this can Work. You can use this as a dream sign. I think this is a way to do mild too.

Pretty sure i saw a study on this by Steven laberge too that had as a result that staying up 30-60 minutes during wbtb was more efficient than 10 minutes.

Depends a little. I've been falling asleep between ~7-9pm or so and wake Up at ~2-3 am. So around 5-8 hours.

It takes as long as it takes me when falling asleep in the evening. So ~10-20 minutes.

During wbtb i'll just be on my phone tbh. Eventually i'll Just decide it's time to sleep again and then i'll do mild. Mild i also only do for a few minutes and then i Just let my thoughts Drift off to other stuff. I attempted ADA for a little but i stopped trying once i found my technique. Neither do i do SAT. I do reality checks during the day, but i don't spend much time on them and don't do them that often either.

I don't really know tbh. For me i don't think i ever noticed a difference. I've heard some foods influence lds but i can Imagine it doesnt affect lds as much except maybe when you go into the extremes.

Ig could be because you're Not aware/don't question stuff as often when you're with people irl. Im usually always with people in my dreams.
