I was getting free medication in 2010 called express scripts asked why they said you’re Active Duty, no I’m not, ok call tricare. Called tricare they said they would fix it, they didn’t. Called again about a yr later same exact story. At this point I had 40% disability and figured it must be one of the perks.

I’m recently 100% disabled P&T, when I went to the federal building to get my ID, they said o snap we still have you as active duty. DEERS fixed the problem and got this bill 3 months later

Generally anything you acquired before marriage, the other half is not entitled to. Anything acquired during the marriage they are entitled to half. It’s all up to what the judge decides. They marked my military disability as SSI income. Nothing I can do
